Luisa López Celada

Stepping into the vibrant world of Luisa López Celada is an invitation to explore the intuitive nature of art. Born and raised in Spain, López Celada uses abstract brushstrokes to transform her canvas into a portal of womanhood, healing, and the soul’s desire. Primarily working in oil paint, the Manhattan-based artist occasionally turns to pallet knives and her hands. Her work confronts global issues such as climate change, the migrant crisis, and women's rights. López Celada has exhibited in various New York galleries, including Landmark Art Space in Chelsea and the historic Gracie Mansion Conservancy, as well as Art Basel Miami Beach.
